Thank you for visiting my page, I’m Helen and I’m an experienced Homeopath with over 11 years clinical experience.

I discovered Homeopathy in my 20’s to balance my hormones after being on the pill. And since then it has been a wonderful natural support through three pregnancies, births, the ever unfolding journey of motherhood and now in my early 40’s peri-menopause.  

I love supporting women through these important stages of life and working with teenagers to support their health and hormones. I mostly work with women but also children and men on a variety of issues! 

I have three young children of my own who have grown up having the benefit of Homeopathy as their main healthcare system. So I have lots of experience in treating children. 

I run Homeopathy workshops on how to use homeopathy in first aid and acute situations as I am passionate about getting Homeopathy into as many homes as possible so that people all over the UK can have more choice and empowerment over their healthcare!
