Why I am so passionate about helping others

My aim is to help you to feel balanced and energised again.  I know first hand what it feels like to be stressed, depleted, hormones all over the place and not knowing where to turn for help.

I have been using Homeopathy for 20 years now, first in my early 20’s to settle my hormone imbalance (where GP’s could not help) and generally bolster my immune system.  Through to my 30’s where I became a mum to three amazing boys, studied Homeopathy for 4 years and started a business around being a mum.  Now I am in my 40’s and signs of perimenopause are definitely showing themselves.

Homeopathy has been like a guiding light at my side through all of it.  Am I perfect? No! But I am grateful to have Homeopathic remedies to help whenever I need some extra support. Plus navigating all that life can throw at us means I can empathise with much of what my clients are going through. I am so grateful that I get to help others with this natural, holistic modality!

Today, my practice is mostly supporting women on their journey to balanced health. Whether it is mums juggling it all, women experiencing burn out, anxiety or sleep issues or seeking harmony in their periods or perimenopause.  Having personally navigated some of these challenges I am passionate about helping women reconnect with their bodies, mind and soul and achieve lasting well-being through natural, homeopathic care. I also help lots of men and children too!

I also have almost 13 years of clinical experience working with people from all walks of life – I am passionate about helping everyone enjoy the benefits of Homeopathy and holistic wellbeing.

I have also been running Homeopathy workshops since 2015 and more recently been hosting workshops for women navigating the perimenopause and menopause shift.

I love learning and I am continually adding to my professional CPD portfolio in order to be able to best help my clients and expand my knowledge base.

A small bit about Homeopathy

Homeopathy is a gentle, natural medicine with over 200 years of history, dedicated to uncovering the root causes of imbalance in your body and mind.

Recognising that each of us is unique, Homeopathy treats you as an individual, understanding that you experience dis-ease in your own way. That’s why no two treatments are alike—each remedy is carefully tailored to your specific needs, medical history, and current state of health.

Homeopathy views you as a whole person—mind, body, and soul—and works to restore balance in all aspects of your being. By addressing the interconnectedness of your physical, emotional, and spiritual health, Homeopathy helps you find lasting balance and harmony.
